Dong was previously Partner and Vice President of Engineering at Wecash, one of the leading fintech startups in China. Before Wecash, Dong worked as a senior engineer at Amazon Web Services and IBM. He holds master's degrees in Computer Science from Tsinghua University and Penn State University.
